Our full-service website offers the only instant price quote system available for online printing. Please feel free to experiment with different quantities and options using the InstaPrice Price Calculators located on the individual product pages. You must have JavaScript enabled in your browser for the calculators to work.
PrintingForLess.com has a very simple pricing format.
1. You pay the price shown for the minimum run based on the format of your job. This pays for:
- Electronic processing of your file
- Production of film and plates
- Setup of your job on our 4-color Heidelberg press, including color registration and balance
- The minimum quantity of finished pieces on high-quality paper stock (usually 250 or 500)
- Trimming of your job to final size
- Full bleeds are included free of charge
2. Then, you pay a single flat rate for each additional piece in any quantity you choose, up to 100,000 pieces.

3. You can select optional upgrades, and instantly see the effect on the total price. Options include hi-gloss aqueous coating, folding, Rush Service, 3-day, 2-day, or overnight delivery service.
Finally, a nominal shipping charge is added and your job is on its way!

Corrections are billed at $10 each. Typical corrections include resizing and color-correcting photos, moving panels to accommodate folding, and re-arranging graphic
elements. We will fix up to four typos for the price of a single correction.
Your credit card will only be charged $39 to get to the online proofing stage. Once you approve your proof, your card will be charged for the balance of the job cost (less the first $39, of course). If you find problems with your file, you can either send us a corrected file (and pay another $39), or have us make corrections at $10 each.

Paying by Check
We are happy to accept your payment in the form of a check or a money order!
- However, we WILL NOT print your order until we receive your check/money order.
To pay by check:
- Fill out the ordering page as usual, selecting Will pay by check.
- Finish filling out the order form completely and submit your order.
- When you receive your 9-digit order number, note it on your check or money order and mail via carrier of your choice to:

Paying by Purchase Order
We are happy to accept purchase orders from:
- Accredited colleges & universities
- City, county, state & federal government agencies
We will process your digital file and post an online proof after receiving your PO number, but will not print your order until we receive a copy of the actual PO in your official format.
To pay by purchase order:
- Fill out the ordering page as usual, selecting Visa as the credit card.
- Type "paying by PO" in the credit card number field and fill in expiration date with any date.
- Specify in the "Special Instructions" comment box that you are paying by PO.
- Finish filling out the order form completely and submit your order.
- When you receive your 8-digit order number, please email the following information to accounting@printingforless.com:
- Purchase order number
- Purchasing department contact name, phone number & email address
- When you have received the actual PO from your purchasing department, please send a copy of it to PrintingForLess.com at one of the following addresses:
