Crystal Misner was born in California but grew up just outside of Washington, D.C. in Arlington, VA until the age of 15. She graduated from high school early to take care of her grandmother and has taken multiple sales and management courses. Before joining PFL, she was a sales manager in the hospitality business for 7 years and was ranked in the top 5% in sales for Hilton Hotels nationwide for her market segment in 2006. Crystal has held a variety of jobs throughout her career, including door to door canvassing, working at a shrimp truck and co-owning a web design company. She has traveled across the country living in California, Hawaii, Oregon and Montana and also spent time in her 20's surfing and photographing Southeast Asia and French Polynesia. Crystal first moved to Bozeman from Hawaii in early 2002 when a business partner convinced her to give the mountains a try. In 2005, Crystal and her then fiancé moved to Portland to experience city life only to return two years later. They both knew that Big Sky was where they wanted to lay down roots. Outside of work she enjoys Kayaking, traveling and hikes with her St. Bernard mix, Moose. She has always had a love of art and shares a passion for furnace glass blowing with her husband Daniel. They both hope to one day build a hot shop for their hobby. Crystal is active in the community and enjoys volunteering for a local non-profit group. |

John Henry is originally from Glendive, MT and earned his associate's degree in computing networking from the Billings College of Technology. John previously worked for Lehrkind's Coca Cola as a line syrup technician (sweet!) before coming on board PFL in pursuit of better career growth opportunities. John enjoys hiking, fishing, and enjoying the outdoor environment. He also enjoys following his favorite sports teams: the Oakland Raiders and New York Yankees. In his spare time, he likes to do puzzles, mainly Sudoku. |

Kerri Baird a Montana native grew up in beautiful Big Timber, MT. Kerri has a passion for traveling and learning about other countries. During high school she traveled to New Zealand as an exchange student. As part of Kerri’s college experience, she visited Germany for a semester. Kerri attended MSU and received degrees in Marketing with a minor in International Business and German. Other activities that she enjoys in her spare time are reading, cooking, and hiking. Don’t be surprised if you run in to Kerri at the hardware store as she is currently in the midst of remodeling a house in Livingston. |
